Treat a token like cash

Each token is single use, and the code itself is the key to the platform. Anyone holding it can go on air with it.

A token cannot be blocked, cancelled or replaced once issued. If it leaks, the hour is gone with it — so don't share it, don't forward it in a group chat, and don't paste it into a shared document or notes app.

This is why tokens arrive in a signed, password-protected PDF, with the password sent separately by phone.

Token terms

What a token is

One token grants one hour of live streaming time as a service provider on a partner platform. It does not include the platform's own subscription, your audience's payments, or any equipment, connection or software on your side.

Delivery

Tokens are issued within 2 business days of payment, counted in UAE business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays), in a signed PDF sent to the email address on the order. The PDF is password-protected and the password is sent separately by phone. Each token is a 10-digit hexadecimal code.

Validity

A token is valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used once. Unused tokens expire at the end of that period and are not refunded or extended.

Keeping tokens safe

A token is a bearer credential: whoever holds the code can use it. Keeping it confidential is the buyer's responsibility. Issued tokens cannot be blocked, cancelled or replaced. If a token is disclosed, lost or used by someone else, no replacement or refund is given.

Refunds

Issued tokens are not refundable, whether or not they have been used, and whether or not they have expired. A full refund is given if the order is cancelled before its tokens are issued, if the tokens cannot be issued, or if the card was charged in error or twice. Refunds go only to the original card and take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled for a full refund until its tokens are issued: write to contact@yimello.dev with the order number. Once the tokens are issued, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Platform availability

Partner platforms operate independently of Yimello. Interruptions, policy changes or technical faults on a platform are outside Yimello's control, and Yimello is not liable for airtime lost to them.

What you broadcast

Responsibility for the content of a broadcast rests with the provider running it. This matters particularly for regulated activity such as legal or financial advice, where licensing, professional liability and client protection are the provider's own obligations. Yimello supplies airtime, not advice, and does not review or approve broadcast content.
