What the forms collect

Contact form

Name, company, email address, optional phone number, subject and your message.

Token order form

Number of tokens, the intended use categories you tick, and billing details: company or personal name, VAT or tax number, country, postcode, city, street address, contact person, email address, optional phone number and any notes. The email address is required because both the invoice and the tokens are delivered to it.

Why, and on what basis

Form data is used to answer your enquiry and, for token orders, to issue an invoice and deliver the tokens. The basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract. Tax records are then kept because accounting rules require it.

Who processes it

Contact form messages are sent by this website's own server straight to our mailbox; the message itself is not stored on the server. Token orders are sent to this website's own server, where the order is recorded, and the payment is handled by Telr, the card payment gateway: your email address, name, phone number and billing address are passed to Telr so that its payment page arrives filled in. Our email is handled by our email provider. These providers act only on our behalf. No other party receives your data, and it is never sold or used for advertising.

Card details

All credit/debit cards' details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

yimello.dev will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. Card details are entered only on Telr's secure payment page and never reach this website.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where an invoice was issued, the associated data is kept for the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting rules.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Write to contact@yimello.dev and you will have an answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA and believe your data has been mishandled, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

International transfer

Yimello LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates, so data sent through this site is processed outside the EU/EEA. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and used only for the purposes described above.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and collects no more than an invoice needs. Tokens are delivered in a password-protected PDF, with the password sent through a separate channel — see the token terms.

yimello.dev takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, yimello.dev (website) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Changes

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
